What is a pre-order product?
A pre-order product is an item that is available for purchase before its official release date or before actual production begins. Pre-order window are typically open 1-2 weeks and are not subject to return once the pre-order window closes.
How long does a pre-order purchase take?
Pre-order drops typically take 2-4 weeks to ship from the time you place your order. Pre-order production/shipping times will typically be included in the product description on our website. However, please note that production and shipping dates are subject to change and we will do our best to keep you informed of any updates.
Can I cancel or refund my pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel your pre-order ONLY before we ship and you will receive a full refund.
Can I exchange my pre-order item for a different size?
No. For pre-order drops we only produce what is ordered. We rarely produce extra pieces for pre-order drops.
Will I be charged upfront for my pre-order?

How will I be notified when my pre-order is available?
We will send you an email notification when your pre-order is available for shipping.
Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my pre-order?
We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your shipping address after you've placed your pre-order. Please provide us with the correct address as quickly as possible to avoid lost packages.
